Option #1 – Ship Us Your Test Strips (we’ll take care of the cost to ship)

Do you have PayPal? If so, we can pay you immediately and add $7 to cover your shipping cost. Then, you can ship the strips to us and text or email the tracking number and we are good to go. We just need your PayPal email address for this option. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can still buy your strips and pay you to ship them. We will wait until the package arrives and mail you a check the same day. Remember to tell us to add $7 to your payment. Then, just mail them to us. If you have any questions, contact me (Mike). The other option, is for you to request a Pre-Paid USPS Priority Shipping Label (fill in info below).
Simply fill out the “Shipping Label Request Form”  below and we will email your label.

Important Note: To receive payment today, in advance, you must have PayPal. We will not use Western Union or MoneyGram, sorry. Checks go out the same day we receive the strips in the mail, if you’d like to be paid by check.

We will receive your strips within 1 to 2 days & immediately mail your check.
